Having gained several qualifications in various areas of I.T. Jonathan left the Village Inn to take up a job as an I.T. receptionist. He very quickly became bored with passing over the problems and soon used the knowledge of databases he had gained in college to move to a position as a software developer. This position allowed him to gain enough experience to move on to a better position at West Lothian Council less than a year later.
